Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit card and e-transfers.
When do you need a deposit?
Deposits are due at the time of signing a contract with us. We request a 25% deposit on the invoice. Deposits are non-refundable.
When is final payment due?
Final payments are due TWO weeks prior to your big day. This is also when we request final numbers of each item needed for your big day =)
Can I change my vision?
Of course! We want you to have the perfect decor, and will work with you to create that vision, even if it means changing the looks a couple of times. All we ask is that we finalize the order two weeks prior to your event date.
Do you offer fresh flowers?
We offer a variety of artificial flowers, but do not work with fresh flowers. However, we do work with florists on a regular basis. We are happy to refer you to the right professionals!
Do you have a minimum for delivery?
Yes. We ask that you rent a minimum of $200 worth. Please refer to our delivery page for our current rates.
